I got 445nm at threshold and 453 at full power.
You saw the spectrum in my video?

Kecked,
I have to pull this from memory, but the threshold was around 400mA. Unquestionably, if you are only looking for low power then the lower power 9mm or even the M series will give you a tighter beam and cost less. The divergence of any of these multimode diodes and I'm including the reds as well. is less at low power. The fundamental mode has a lower threshold and will dominate at low power. As the current rises then modes that represent skewed pathways through the crystal and that have less gain because of this will reach threshold and add to the output beam.
