Rgb laser with very fat beams

Hey guys, i have a 2w rgb laser from goldenstar,
After 2 years of working with the laser the beams started to be very very fat and of course thats effects the power and visibility..
( for the record i have another laser from them with same work time and he is still working perfect.. )

Maybe someone knows what is the reason for that problem..

Here is a photo of it.. Look how the beams are so fat.. It was very sharp and now fat as hell... :-\

Does it rattle when you move it?

Looks like a lens might have fallen off or come loose. ?

Hello my friend.. I didnt spot anything that look loose or fallen..

Here is an example of the two lasers, you can see that the right one is much more fatter...

Obviously a lens or something has come loose as mentioned above. Have you taken the cover off to inspect the beam path? If it WAS fine and now isn't, then that's generally going to be something along the optic path. Maybe even some sort of obstruction/smudge on a dichro or mirror. Think about how much just a bubble or crinkle expands things with lumia. It doesn't take much interference of an aberration to mess up a beam.

Yes i tryed opening the case and cleaning everything up, including all mirors..
It could be a scanner problem?

This is obviously a scanner problem. Try to decrease speed and/or adjust color modulation delay.

How can i do that my friend? Its a DT30 scanner..

What speed do you read ? (used unit : kpps)
