here is a pic of the test set up, i added the two other lasers just to experiment with the dicro's i had on hand, you can see how much is lost from the green 532nm laser

aren't your galvos the wrong way around? tall first for X then wide Y

It'd surprise me if an IR coating worked for the other end of the visible spectrum, but I don't know enough about DPSS to say more but I notice you've got it at an angle - does it fire straight?

yeah the alignment is not ideal, this system was just an experiment, i originally built it for just green only, i added the other two lasers to test some dichros that literally came from a scrapped light engine from a Sony LCoS type rear projection tv, LCoS is liquid crystal on silicon, it was there idea to compete with DLP video projectors and turned out to be a total failure, they used the dichros to separate RGB from a lamp, the blue and green LCoS devices would fail, blue was the most common to fail and you would get blue blotch marks or snow flakes on the screen.
The green laser is at an angle but one of the mirrors on the galvo is off a bit and oddly it all aligns on my ceiling, it will all be redone when i have adjustable mounts for the dichros
