Default good projector case dimensions for future upgrades? (up to 30W)

I've finally started building a 8W RGB projector.
The case is two floors, with the first housing the PSUs and drivers and the second the diodes, their optical components and the scanner.
With the wild assumption that I might one day want to have 10W 445nm, 10W 520nm and 10W 638nm, what case dimensions would you suggest? Better end up unnecessary big in the future than have to get another case milled and all the components moved.
And I think a 60mmx60mm aperture window is good enough, is it?

Take a look at goldenstar lasers. They offer many different size cases

I assume their cases come with a base plate and such, right?

I'm sorry but that doesn't answer my design questions, I want to build a case myself.
PS. I have a GS projector. Not a fan of the design choices. But even if I was, I still want to build everything myself.

If it can help, I always ended up by having not enough room as wished into my self-made projectors while upgrading with newer/more powerful modules, because they wasn't the originally planned ones. But I always challenged the things to finally make that happen correctly.

A good thing would be to look at the current size of such 10W modules of different manufacturers, take the biggest ones and make a 2D/3D drawing with a real layout (modules, drivers, dichros, scanners etc).

To give you an idea, the baseplate of my biggest projectors (8W 532nm OPSL, 5.5W 462, 6W 445 + a big 5-8W red to come soon) is 334x340mm.

Do you guys use a two floor design with the laser sources and optics and scanners on the top floor? If so, do you put everything else which is PSUs, the laser drivers, scanner amps and scanner PSU on the first?

Yes, upper and lower. It's best to drill and tap all your holes first, I usually build the electronics side first, then mount the lasers and scanners, and then mount all the dichros and mirrors.

    I was thinking a 50cmx40cmx35cm case. Guess I'm safe.
