HL63263DG SHARP 180mW Single Mode 638nm

Hey!

Has someone tested Sharp GH0631IA2G 180mw vs HL63263DG 200mW?
They seem very close in divergence specs...even sharp a bit better ?¿:

Hi!
We tested them, and have them on stock.The emitter is slightly bigger than the Ushio 200mW, but for small builds there is no difference. Even if you start to couble more than 12/16....
Some other companies now using them instead the Ushio diodes, becouse these are cheaper and not that bad.

The beamspecs depend on the optics and their quality, there are huge differences...
But in general the beam is slighty smaller as the Ushio diode, but for that a higher divergency.

The new 200mW ushio cost nearly 3 times that price!

that's a shame, its a good price compared to the 170mw 637 diode but not as good a price as the 180mw 638diode
