Does anyone heard about this single emitter bad boy?
Sounds interesting but can't find any info only a bit from the confidental datasheet -maybe fake?

Change the name to Hitachi...

Are beam spec any good? Comparable to blue or green usual multimode diodes?
It's on lpf.. I don't have specs but the divergance is worse than the mitts 500.

Could be just the exposure ...but from the pic in that LPF link the fast axis is worse but the slow axis might even be better than the mitsu !
Cheers![]()
That will not help, a finer slow axis will result in an "s" shaped beam with a wider emitter.
The only parameter which maters is the emitter width, the rest is pointless. If this diode is double a 500mW Mitsubishi in power it is likely got a double wide stripe ( width ) which will make it useless for scanners or scanning. Dreaming that it will have a similar spec as a 445 or 520 is not going to happen unless the technology has changed recently.

Ah, but for Lumia?
Runs with Lasers
For lumia they can be used for sure i believe. I have 2 diodes in stock that i,m willing to sell for 200usd including shipment. So you save 70usd and shipping costs compared to ebay
Interested in 6-12W RGB projectors with low divergence? Contact me by PM!
Why not do the correction in reverse and correct the fast axis to match the slow axis and then use a reverse telescope as well. That should make a square beam and the telescope in reverse should fix the worse divergence so the result would be similar to doing it the other way around. Think it through. This is a joke....
