Connecting DAC to Amplifier

Hi, so I'm looking at Ether-dream DAC, I see a SCSI, USB and Ethernet port.
The Chinese amplifiers I see have several 3-pin ports. What's the practice for connecting DAC to these amplifiers?

Okay, so I'm assuming that X,Y, Ground are the 6 pins on amplifier? 3 for galvo-A and 3 for galvo-B? What about on/off for laser?

OK, I looked at that wiring diagram and I don't see the DAC in the schematic.

The DAC is represented by the Ilda DB-25 pins. Note that the first schematic only deals with power, scroll down for signal schematics.
