    Default Who wants it?

    Hi,

I'm getting the garage cleaned out and realize that I'm not going to get this decade and a half year old project started so I'm either going to throw it all out or donate it.

What I have is a Spectra-Physics Spinaker laser. It has a head, power supply, remote, spare head, spare plasma tube, and IBM Thinkpad 760ED with a docking station II. It also has an old light show bench, although I'm sure there are a few parts missing from that.

Everything is dusty from sitting in my garage for so long except the Thinkpad, which has a case. Everything worked at one point, but like I said - it's been sitting a long time.

I won't ship, but if you want to pick it up, it's yours! I'm in San Jose, Ca. The only condition that I have is that you must take all of it - no cherry picking.

Let me know before I throw it out.

    A big thank you!
I appreciate the equipment. Im tearing it all down today and cleaning it before reassembling it hopefully with some good results.
What was that projectors history? It looks like it was used as a fiber launched remote dual head projector.
Also, do you have the power cable, PSU to head cable and the water cable? those are missing. =)

It was great to meet you and thank you again.

    Hi Nate,

i dont remember much much about the projector other than it was built for a single event and that was it. It did have two scan heads one of which went bad after the show and never fixed.

I will have another look for the cables that are missing and let you know if I find them.

it was nice meeting you as well...good luck!
