If you notice elasticity or plasticity of the glue, you're using too much.

The secret is using the thinnest film of glue possible. Always sand the brass and force out all excessive glue. Don't trust the hygroscopic force of the glue to create an equal film.
Use small glueclamps to keep dichros/cubes/mirrors in place, then activate.

Also, an unequal film thickness will have an unequal thermal expansion, resulting in positional drift and material stresses in the optics.

I have a 355nm pulsed laser I'll trade you for one of your rgb units....... Not sure if it would work or not? 25uj laser 350ps pulses at 1 kHz rep rate.

I've finally purchased this one for UV curing:
    http://www.ebay.es/itm/302266950803
It comes with a 780mW NICHIA 365nm NCSU276A...not bad, hope it is enough.

I'm going to improve with a plano-convex lens in front of the torch. This way I'll get more power density just focusing to the bond.
