    Default Travelling Australian

    Hey guys (and girls)

It’s been a long time since I have posted anything on here but have still been visiting on a regular basis

I’m currently travelling (by myself) on a somewhat around the world trip visiting the US, Canada and Europe.

Currently I’m in Las Vegas (having already traveled to San Francisco and LA) and heading to San Diego and then Seattle before heading to Canada and beyond

Looking for any suggestions of things to see specifically any laser displays, light projections or planetariums that should be seen
    Or even meet ups

    This is my current itinerary:

Green is booked for travel and accommodation.
Red is Booked on a specific tour.
Blue is Hasn’t been booked yet and is tentative.
It's still a work in progress

You’ll notice it been done in two trips, the second trip has a scuba diving focus

Anyway, it would be cool to get some suggestions or meet some of you

    Good luck on your trip.

Stop in at the laser dome at the Seattle Science Center for a lasershow in the dome.

Prague (Czech Republic) planetarium is one of the largest in the world (23.5 m diameter), at least it says in info
And they have this cool looking projector for it from Zeiss:

    Hey Jerry

Yeah I know, I have a friend that lives in Toronto that I won't get to catch up with either

This is just a prebooked tour that does "The Canadian Rockies"

Shame you'll be in Europe (Nordic Countries) that second week in August. SELEM is August 8th through the 13th this year.

One thing you may want to change is your itinerary around August 21st. There is a solar eclipse that day, and the path of totality will cut a swath through the US from Oregon to South Carolina. That's something worth traveling to see, I would think...

If you and Zerowaitstate can somehow merge your travel schedules so the two of you can be available in late October in the south eastern portion of the US, I would be happy to organize a Florida Laser Enthusiast's Meeting (FLEM) for you guys... Typically we get 15-20 people to attend a FLEM, but with a few international visitors we might see an increase in attendance! (Bonus: FLEM is always free to attend.)

Unfortunately, I can't get anything for that last weekend in October...

    Right now we've got Saturday-Sunday, October 21-22 or Saturday-Sunday, November 11-12 available.

Do either of those two weekends work?

Judging by Loopee's schedule, the weekend of October 21-22 would be OK for him. How about you, Zerowaitstate? (And what about anyone here stateside? Who is interested in another FLEM that weekend? Please post below...)
