Ti jobs out (at least did a few years ago) DMD support to sales/support contractors who usually have the ultimate say on if you get to buy or manufacture DMD products. I know for a fact that the group I spoke to had boards and data available that were not exactly on the TI Factory web site.

Have you spoken to TI's support company, they might have some surprises for you... Maybe even OEM board stock.
_
I went down that road for a previous employer about five years ago... Cant disclose the details, the dreaded NDA... Never finished the product, our demand for several thousand units was not large enough at the time.
_
From what I'm seeing there, I'm not seeing a FPGA or a Video to DLP Processor, that board plot looks incomplete in that regard.
_
Six layers is expensive, and since the signals are high speed and in parallel, with clocks, you have to use the exact class of board material that the TI developers used... In other words, a "Controlled Impedance" board material was likely used.. You have to specify that type of material in your RFQ or you may get something vastly different in speed and propagation delay.

Anyways, hit the manufacturing forums section of EEVBLOG for a better answer.
