    Excellent choice--real bargain and I like being able to later send another $75 & be able to read 20+W.
    his free graphing soft is super easy and well made and Astralists also offers free an excellent brightness calculator has many options for varring relative powers as well as a very nice divergence calculator too, measure your beam and plug in the numbers and get accurate divergence .. I will soon have laser 3d plastic Hyperion enclosures in case Astrailist does not get around to making them himself. afaik he has not added enclosures just yet..... I fashioned my own of bench testing,,pics later.''
    he is quick to reply to help questions-- it does however in some cases take a few days for delivery from Indonesia.. but my 3 packages eventually arrived & in good condition..btw it was the USPS that caused the delay-NOT Pradipta's fault.

    it was thought thatb he woulod sell out and have probs getting all the same parts to make more--so if you want one I would not delay--he has some listed at ebah...last time I looked.

    I guess it depends on what max power Lasers you will be testing...

    That seems like a bargain...
    FYI..That small TEC sensor and small Heatsink will struggle
    with anything near or over 5W...

    @Hak...
    I wasn't aware that you were selling/pushing this LPM Hak...

    Surely being uncoated means that heat being dissipated by the TEC is much lower, and as such it can handle higher powers. No?

    The TEC is coated... I have one of those LPMs with a High Power
    TEC.
    But yes.. an un-coated TEC can handle higher powers since less
    is absorbed like you mentioned. Don't forget that an un-coated
    TEC sensor is not Broadband linear where a properly coated TEC
    sensor is much more.
