Default how to achieve NIR-pass injection molded plastic?

I just want something like the IR pass windows in front of some IR remote controls but with a curvature to it and not flat.

With flat I can just get a flat plastic sheet from Edmunds or Thorlabs and get it CNC cut to shape but for this I'll need either plastic pellets with the dye/ink blocking the visible light spectrum already added or sold separately with instructions how to mix so I can do injection molding for the custom shape.

Any ideas where I can find either? Couldn't find any help on this elsewhere so although this is a laser-centric forum this relates to light so maybe someone can suggest something.

Put the colored filter behind the curved plastic. Now it can be flat. Hope your not planning power cuz plastic at Nir won’t last long.

I'm afraid I can't do that, both for aesthetic and design reasons, that's why I want to injection mold my own parts.
    But thanks for commenting.

    ... recently I've bought some 1mm thick "black" acrylic sheets for laser-cutting with NIR-laserdiodes (9W or 30W @975nm).

Was pretty surprised, as it didn't work!

Result was, this "black" sheets werent' filled with carbon black, but with a dark-green dye, what was "perfect transparent" for NIR!

So if you find "black acrylic", which is greenish translucent, if you look through it onto the sun, then the chances are good, it's NIR passing

Once you find flat sheets of the NIR plastic....
get in touch with the supplier/manufacturer and
speak to a material technician there to get info
on where they get their material.
Don't be surprised that you may need to purchase
tons of the stuff at a minimum or perhaps you can
    get some sample material.

BTW what actually will the NIR plastic be used for ??

Good luck at getting sample quantities.
