Would it be the "Sample Delay" stock plugin? or is there a better method? what is a good increment to play with, 1 millisecond? or should i just go down to the sample level
It is so much easier to just get clean recording captured, cleanup afterwards is a nightmare. I have done it with tapes that were degradind before, but I must say there was now a filter preset or vst plugin that handled it it was all manual noise correction and other in Sequia https://www.magix.com/us/music/sequoia/
