Old CO2 Laser System
When in the San Francisco area for Photonics West a couple months ago, I picked up an old laser from a man in Berkeley. It's a 1975 Coherent Radiation model 42L CO2 system that includes a wavelength tunable tube mounted on a 7' long rail, the power supply, and the gas handling cabinet. The supply is missing a side cover but otherwise looks good. I couldn't figure out how to open up the wavelength tuner assembly. Any thoughts on that would be appreciated. Neat old laser though.
