We still have some cool old stuff around! Maybe set it up in a museum at the new building once we have the time

You should bring one of those Amiga 2000's to SELEM. Ethan has one that he's been trying to resurrect but it's only got one working zorro slot and he needs that for the accelerator/ram/hard disc controller board. Maybe you can create a frankenstein machine that will boot *and* be able to see his QM16 card.

It’s thinking the same thing. I’d love to see that old beast run again.

I'll ask for approval (or maybe forgiveness), and should I be the one driving the van up again this year, I'll see if it can tag along.

I'm not sure whats in the big box of floppy discs or if any of it is any good still, but I can bring it to SELEM if somebody wanted to try to archive some of it?

Any galvos to go with that 603X? I have a pair of amps, but only 1 galvo, it would be interesting to get the second channel running.

Unfortunately most old galvos have been disassembled for examination or thrown away over the years to use our space most efficiently. I'll check but pretty sure those might have gone with one of the last purges

For sure it needs archived. Be a real shame to let that history vaporize. Let me know the hardware needed to read them and I’ll try to get a rig together. I have plenty pc stuff but the oldest mac I have is an se30. I have nothing amiga or commodore however. I may even have an a 10” floppy reader that still works. Sorry nomplatten readers. Pitched that with the last vax system. Plus need a truck to move it.
