That's it! Looks almost identical with a few component variations! So happy I found this group. I am assuming that it would be logical to assume that it is from the same manufacturer? I can't imagine multiple different manufacturers making something like this...

I wonder if anyone would want it for parts? I thought that it was proprietary and thus semi-worthless, but it may have some value in parts after all.... that is if anyone out there is still using one of these.
I saw the video and thought it was in the UK, but it's in Oklahoma. Not that far from Phoenix.
