suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
Hello, I finally arrived at "hacking" the radiator.
I opened it up(both Physical and logical) , so I can now tweak various things at the User Interface( like the annoying suuuuper fine resolution of the colour Mod P1,2,3 knobs ), understand the inner working of the radiator etc.
I also found some disabled Patterns or shapes(like an animated Canadian flag), and did a test install of the laser boy logo.
Right now it works for me, but I am just a bit hesitant to share my findings with all You people, because I do not want to cause any Support stress on the core radiator crew.
To me it was about opening the device, partly disassembling it, removing the main computing unit (it's a Raspberry Pi CM3+) and reading it in a breakout PCB.
There I made backups to a PC, found out how it works, entered my credentials, and reassembled it.
Now I can login to the radiator via ssh, and "do stuff"...
If you're interested, I will give a detailed Step by Step guide.

No, don't know ANYBODY in Germany (or Europe, for that matter) that specialises in Lasers.
I would by no means call myself talented, I just come more from a hacking, circuitbending and tinkering background, so I first drew Lissjous figures on oscilloscopes...
@laserist: Sorry, I haven't looked into Your personal interest, adapting my linux MIDI time controlled advancing of shapes , and making it work for Windows. I sincerely despise working with Windows, but I will give it another try.
But you could get yourself a cheap raspberry with a MIDI hat(should be less than 60$), install some Linux on it, and run it from there...
No worries. I use windows at work, and I hate having to memorize arbitrary stuff continuously. As a consequence I don't deal with multiple platforms if I can avoid it. I played around with linux ages ago, but never really got comfortable. Started way back when with an Apple IIe. I have done some embedded stuff with Silabs 8051 chips. It turned out their counter timer array was just what the doctor ordered.
You don't have to call yourself talented to be in fact...
