Annual Report Reminder

Hey all.... those of you with US variances, just a reminder that your annual show reports are due to be postmarked no later than next Wednesday to maintain your variance. I finished mine earlier today after a struggle to go back and double check all of this years shows. Hitting the post office tomorrow.

I just got my variance approved and acknowledgement CDRH received my initial show report. I don't plan to do any shows until Aug 31, so essentially my annual show report would be empty. Do I still need to submit an annual show report this year?

Annual reports are due on SEPTEMBER 1st, not August 1st. You still have a month left...

they are not due aug 1st but i believe they can be submitted any time between aug1st and sept 1st
