Default Extending the fluidtubing of a hazer.

I plan to extend the "fluidtube" of a unique look hazer, to place the container 50cm higher than the hazer.
That way the liquid can be easily refilled from within the lj/dj booth, while the hazer is neatly mounted under it.

    Has anyone tried this successfully?
Is syphoning a real risk or just theoretical?

I *think* those units have a check valve internally, but don't quote me on that + pls check first before commiting to your design.
So I think that would be alright to do as you said.

For note: We use ours as the flight cased model with blower and fluid tank integrated into the unit, but these are below the machine, not above.

    Nice design, Daniel!

Just got a prompt reply from looksolutions. Why not just ask them?

    Hi Bart,
something around 50cm is no problem at all, but in fact - especially with the rather small fluid pump in the unique, the pressure might get too high after a few meters above the machine.

    Mit freundlichen Grüßen/With kind regards
