Excellent Day had by myself and I am sure many others

Thanks to Soforene for the loan of the Tripod, Rob for the fans, Simon for the lovely little Argon+PSU, Jem for the odd bicky, Mark for the MB, Dongle, DAC and the event and Paul (I think his name is Paul ), again for the event.

A truly great day and thanks to everyone in general for being - well - just nice

    Can't wait for the next.

Hey Dave, the 20k's were won by my mate, Wiring Monkey. But as he's not fully got the 'laser bug' and doesn't want to start building his own projector (yet ) they've been 'procured' by myself for evaluation puropses

Thanks for being such a good sport and for supporting the UKLEM in such a generous way.

    Cheers

Yep steve that nails it - its just cool being able to babble aboute wavelength, scan angles, blanking and Ilda without getting the blank or 'i'm so so bored' expression from whoever you are chunnering at....OK we do the chance to talk about it on here but meeting everyone and actually talking face to face and putting faces to those names is so good.

I gues this means you might come back in August

If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.
