Default Need help with Arduino programming

I am working on a project for SELEM and have hit the limit of my Arduino knowledge.
I am wanting to trigger some WS2812B LED's to play a sequence in a loop using a radio controlled receiver and send a low signal to another pin to trigger a sound board.
So the radio controlled transmitter sends the signal to CH 3 to act as an enable. Ch 4 has a 3 position switch that I want to use to trigger 3 different LED effect. 2 of the 3 LED effects will have sound play when they are activated. This will require a low output signal on another 2 pins of the Arduino.

I already have the sequences I want to run and all of the hardware in place, I just don't have enough experience to finish the software.
This should be a walk in the park for an experienced programmer.

Here is a wiring diagram & flow chart of what I am trying to do.

Any help would be much appreciated!
    Thank you,
    Chris

Sounds doable. Can I ask first what parts you're using for the RF transmitter and receiver and the sound board?

    What parts aren't working?

Also, how long does each sequence run for?
Do you need the enable pin if instead you just had three buttons to trigger each effect to start and run to completion?

Or do you want the effect to run in a loop until the enable pin is set off/low?

I'm not familiar with FlowCode, but looked it up. Very interesting. Looked for prices but they want you to contact them for a quote. That screams $$$$.
    Hank helped me get going.

    Thanks Steve.

Looks like 75$ per module. I'm looking at it, but graphical programming languages usually die a quick death. Labview is always too slow and too tedious for me, but I have to use it.
