Nice. What voltage are the motors? 12VDC? and what voltage are you running them at? I have had good success with 12VDC motors similar to the ones you show running at 3VDC. They turn really slow. Also one more questions if you don't mind. What effects do you have in your tiny stepper based lumia wheels? I see gratings but not sure what they are. Finally, what is that phone app for measuring RPM? That is really neat. Thanks for sharing and especially thanks for the pictures.

I use 12V DC motors. They run on a 12v source with a PWM controller. As for the wheels. The diffraction wheel is poly 10. The second wheel is equipped with 6 effects, one position is free. The size of the wheels is 50 mm. In good condition for its age. Scratches
can of course be seen when I look closer at the glass. It could also happen with unprofessional handling or care after years. No defects can be seen on the projected patterns, which pleasantly surprised me. The wheels create planes, different grids, circles, starry sky and stargate. I have no information on who made the wheels. My opinion is that the poly 10 is from creativelaser. The other wheel was made where the projector was made. I use the app RPM Speed&Wow.

I managed to save the Datronik club projector. I'm looking for glass like in the photo, it's a beautiful effect. I don't want to take it off the projector and put it on another projector. Does anyone know about this glass, where I could get it.

Yes, raindrops are the most similar to glass. Datronik used plexiglass to look at, it is plexiglass.
