HELP NEEDED - Stairville DJ Lase RGB Pro Advanced 3000 Laser not firing

Hello!


I recently purchased the Stairville DJ Lase RGB Pro Advanced 3000.


Today, I began testing it. The laser powers on when I turn on the power switch, but the laser beam itself will not fire, no matter what I do. I have the interlock remote switch connected to the laser, and the safe key is turned to the 'ON' position, following the exact steps in the provided user manual.


I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, in regards to having the laser beam fire. I've attached a photo of my setup for reference.


The interlock system I am using is the Showtec Laser Remote Interlock. I have a feeling that it could be the laser remote interlock itself that is causing issues.


My powering on process:
1. Ensure all wires are connected properly
2. Ensure interlock key is connected to the laser
3. Ensure safety key is turned to 'OFF'
4. Turn the power switch on
5. Set the laser mode to AUTO 1
6. Turn the safety key to 'ON'

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here. Do y'all have any suggestions or insight?

What software and hardware are you using to send a signal to the laser? Are you sending any live content? Are you sending a shutter open signal?
