Hakzaw and I will be at the Embassy Suites this year. I will have a car as well if anyone needs a ride. We will be there from Monday afternoon until Thursday afternoon.

Ok, nobody wanted to do the AirBnB so I'm also now booked at the Embassy Suites (for 2x the cost).

They have a nice big lobby for late-night shenanigans. If there's enough of us booked maybe we can talk them letting us use one of the meeting rooms like we had in Conover.

I wish I would have known so many people were staying at Embasy Suites. I would have booked there too.
I just got off the phone with Holiday Inn and if I cancel my reservation I lose my deposit equal to 1 night!
Guess I'm stuck at HI.

So, just cancel and consider the lost deposit a $20/day tax to stay at the Embassy Suites with all the cool kids

I would love to, but Embasy suites is $100 more that HI. When you add the $170 HI cancelation fee....now it will cost mw $270 to stay with the cool kids.

I never fit in with the cool kids anyway.

Booked at HIE in Elkton but thinking of changing.
