Laser Warning help on beam knife edge alignment and correction

Hello! I wish you all a happy new year!
    I want to build an rgb, I already have 2 NDG7475T diodes, a NUBM44 v2 diode, a nubm0E diode.
I'm missing a lot of red and I was thinking of building a knife edge configuration with 8 or 10 Mitsubishi 501p73 diodes.
But I don't know what to use to get a beam as thin as possible, especially in red.
what recommendations do you have for optics?

    Respectfully,
    Manole Stefan

... maybe not "to get a beam as thin as possible", but a "sharp image" of the diode emitter, what's essentially a line, then align them along the knife edge and "stack" all the lines to a quadrat or rectangular beam profile.

For this the common collimator optics, used with the small diode modules, should be enough ...

yes, but after I line up all the beams to form a square, can't I use some lenses to make the square smaller? red diodes generally have a wide beam and must be corrected to look good even at a greater distance.
but I don't know what optics to use, can I use the lenses in the image after combining the rays through PBS? or do I have to use the lenses in the image separately, before PBS for each knife edge separately?

If you do some digging on the search engine, you can fix pictures and details of some wonderful designs here... Might be easier then asking questions.
