I have a Spectra Physics 120S Stabilite laser acquired in 2016 from a university physics laboratory. This has a wavelength of 632.8nm and was 6mW when it was made in 1966, likely much less now. I have kept it for some time but now need to make room. The head does lase but is erratic and can shut off soon after / cycle. I believe this is likely an issue with the exciter (power supply) and it would make an interesting fixer-upper project for a curious electrician.More information about the model can be found here:https://www.repairfaq.org/sam/laserpic/sphhpics.htmlhttp://www.walshcomptech.com/repairf...n.htm#hensp120https://photonlexicon.com/forums/sho...ra-Physics-124Please suggest an offer, and P&P may be significant as I am based in the UK Click image for larger version.
