    Default Verdi V18 Chamelon Issue

I am using a Verdi V18/Chameleon setup that started acting up this morning. Upon starting the laser (front key), The current ramps up to about 45A, and the laser is struck in "Starting" (unable to modelock). I left it on for 30 mins and eventually it went to "Output power is low" (error 52; lasing fault). I tried initialize sequence and retried to turn the laser on but sill the same. Both diodes have about 800 hours on them; head has 1400 hrs (its old laser setup but not used heavily). System info shows the pump power at 14.7W, diode current at 48A, laser power/Champwr is 0mW but the chameleon-GUI is showing the power as 3mW at 860nm, not sure what is going on. The pump and cavity pzt values are all in range. No other faults (LBO, Etalon baseplate temps etc all fine; chiller/coolant at 20C). Would appreciate any help/suggestions. Thanks in advance.

14.7W at over 40A sounds like either diodes are end of life or something in beam delivery optics got broken.

I am wondering if its powertrack mirrors or something in the UF cavity... the diodes are only 800 hrs of use and head is 1400hrs. The issue started when there was sudden change in wavelength..

Default Looks like the headboard is broken.

Usually, the PZT's should move when tuning the wavelength. If not, the headboard is defective.

Any suggestions as to how to go check if this is a headboard issue? I have ran the initialize sequence to see if the PZT’s are moving and they do..so not sure where the problem is.
