does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?
    galvos choked?
    or something else?

    thanks in advance,

An open ground to one amp?

Have you ever fixed or built anything involving electronics?

I have light moderated skills regarding electronic repairs, and i'm having most tools needed, like multimeter etc. only a scope i don't have.

last night i took a picture from te inside of my laser.

In your first videos it looked like you had a sine wave superimposed on the y axis. An open ground could do that. If you were projecting a square the y axis looked like the gain was low also. What's going on depends on the details.

I'd swap the x/y inputs at the scan amps to see if the problem moves to the x axis. (Do not swap the outputs to the scanners.) If the problem moves to the x axis the cause is in the y axis path before the amp input, if not - it's after the y axis scan amp input.

Step 2 depends upon the result of above.

you mean switch the connector wich are on the galvo''s? or do you mean switch the connectors on the driver board?

The drivers have and input, output, and a power connection. The galvos connect to the output AND ARE MATCHED TO THE SCANAMP - that's why I specifically wrote: (Do not swap the outputs to the scanners.). The input connects to the ILDA connector - perhaps via a dmx board or something. The power should be obvious.

In my opinion, you are not ready to do your own troubleshooting.
