The Cynosure used various custom variations of fluorescein derivatives etc in a water / glycol /additive mix. Its not so simple to get rid of, again, evaporate where pets cannot reach it. The additives were "interesting" organics to regenerate the dye, so those cannot easily be dumped / burned. The Cyno probably has a separate tank of the nasty additives, in some cases. patents will tell you what they are.
If your a business, it will cost you around 75-100$ to just declare them a known dye in water / glycol / alcohol mix and dispose of properly.
Properly with RG / RG6 ONE TIME ONLY for a hobbyist is find a part of the yard where you want to kill the weeds, part of the solution will burn off / evaporate as it dries out in a few days. .. That's not exactly a green answer, but depending on where you are in the US, a local university safety department might take the solutions for you as non-chlorinated waste, exactly once.
Save the GRENE Green HENE aiming laser and its power supply in the Cynosure, and the Joule Meter head. Short the capacitors with copper wire before handing. Caps, Cap Charger, Aiming Laser, Joule meter head, and the ever so delicate flashlamp, a meter long which breaks if you sneeze, have potential hobbyist buyers.
