    Default Femtosecond laser

New user here, checking to see if anyone knows if the single wavelength origami-10 (sold by onefive formerly) will be a good source for 2P imaging (1040-1050nm, ~200mW, 200fs pulse duration and 100MHz repetition). Wondering if the power at sample plane after all optical propagation will be sufficient for imaging depths of about 250-300micrometers into tissue.

... hmmm ... how is "200ns pulse duration" related to a "femtosecond laser"?
