    Default Foreplay from Laserium

Anybody have a video of Foreplay from Laserium? Was one of my favorite numbers.

I'll boot that up right now and see what's there, and come back with news. It is the last song on the 4 track version of Laserium2.

I'm afraid that won't capture it as it relied heavily on diffraction grating to fill the dome as I recall.

I remember that too. You inspire me to inspect the show step bits and try working backwards through Ron's docs to identify the effects used.

It turns out I'm loaded with Foreplay, though why it's called that when it is obviously all about the triplets escapes me. Here's a link to the two versions in the catalog. This shows the default imagery I use to identify image sources. There is no performer input in this video except one joystick spin.

    star is fixed cycloid
circle is spiral or invert spiral
vibrating cardioid thing is audiomod cycloid
noisy graph thing is triangle audiomod
the waving baton thing I think is what the docs call a pongloid
other dogloids as called for in the data

It was called Foreplay because that was the music title. We actually mostly used it as an encore.

The opening wasn't a star, it was an audio modulated squished squiggle (maybe it was a highly modulated star?). I seem to recall that in blue and there was a red dot in the middle.
