Modest exposure to "warm" sunlight, not laser light, is essential for basic health. Must be Broadband light. Not be laser narrowband light, not single color LED light, not monochromatic light, is essential. The process is not fast, biological molecules and processes take long times. You cannot accelerate the process with "More Power", when the ingredients for the biological reactions are synthesized VERY SLOWLY.

We are adapted to the provided day light solar spectrum by our Creator. Some of us need more than average exposure to heal. That spectrum is broad, too. Long, slow , exposures, avoiding sunburn and retinal damage with sunscreen and dark sunglasses. The processes run in the skin, no need to illuminate deeper.
8 to 10 minutes in the summer, and an hour or two in winter climates per day is all that is needed.
Trust me, try it for a few weeks. Mountain Spring or Gentle River and Pretty Girl optional but recommended. Followed by a ride on a bike and time in a pool. Aiding circulation helps.
