Delphi 7 Code to read and write ILDA Files

I’m reaching out to see if anyone would be kind enough to share some simple functions for reading and writing ILDA format files, specifically for Delphi 7 or older?

People still use Delphi?

If you don't get an answer, try ChatGPT. For giggles, I asked it awhile back to write some code to read ILDA files in C++ and it did a pretty good job. It's also good at porting code so if you can find any working ILDA code, it can probably convert it to Delphi 7 pretty close to a working state, if not perfect.

If you can read C++ and just do a translation (should be pretty straight forward) then there are plenty of examples for that.

Do you know the basics of how to read/write binary files using Delphi?
