    Default PBS Cubes - 650nm and 473nm

    Hi Everyone,

I have been talking to a couple of forum regulars about a group buy for PBS cubes. The cubes are from Bridge and the 650nm has been tested by Victor (VaThInK) and performed very well, suitable for use with 633 - 660nm lasers. It is fair to assume that the 473nm ones have a similar bandwidth. See here for some background -
    http://www.photonlexicon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2489&highlight=pbs

They are 15mm x 15mm x 15mm and there are two types - centered on 650nm and 473nm respectively. The price should be around $30 each plus shipping, which won't be a great deal extra per cube. We need to order 50 of each type.

650s will be much more popular but at this price I'm sure everyone with an RGB laser can see the benefit in getting at least one 473nm cube to allow easy upping of blue power in future! OK, sales isn't my forte but I tried!

Please can you add your member name and requirements to the list below. Please only put your name down if you definitely want the number you ask for, as this really needs to be binding. Pulling out at the last minute will probably ruin it for everyone...

    VaThInk - 2x650 1x473
    Andy Con - 3x650 ?x473
    P1t8ull - 6x550 1x473

    Total so far - 14x650 5x473

    Best regards, Dan.

Ill have 2 of each - if we make the 50 of each type what is the cost gonna turn out overall?

If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.
