    I think you may need to check some of your gounds and signal paths - I know this is not a projector yet but those wobbly lines should be straight. The wobble is indicitive of some external noise being picked up either from the signal input to the scanners or by grounding issues.

    yes i did notice that.

    its cos the psu for the blue laser the nearly touching the galvo its so close.

    this is just a temp thing till i get my case sorted

    heh, talk about being a newbie, I just thought you needed to use a tripod for your pictures.

    good to know, as that is one less problem I have when I troubleshoot my own system.

    AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh

    why does ever laser i buy brake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    my green was working fine i had just aligned it up with the blue.

    turned everything off connected the blanking to the green turned it on and the green was really really dim.

    tested all the connections etc but no still dim.

    took it all out and now im guessing the green is fooked!!!

    it goes from dim to nothing ver about 1min
