Though the bounce mirrors allow better adjustment (for the beam heights) you do get more losses everytime you bounce.

How thick is the baseplate? I would imagine smaller amounts of flexing would be a much bigger issue :-/
no the way im doing makes it dead easy to align
i dont know how many mws im going to loose.
te plate is 5mm thick so it wont be a problem

Yeah I understand now, I was thinking hard to align in the first post because of flexing due to heat.

Totally against that design! More optics you have more power you loose! Keep it as simple as possible!
