Though the bounce mirrors allow better adjustment (for the beam heights) you do get more losses everytime you bounce.

Have you figured out how much you are going to lose with optics?

It looks nice and clean! Might be a pain to align

How thick is the baseplate? I would imagine smaller amounts of flexing would be a much bigger issue :-/

no the way im doing makes it dead easy to align

i dont know how many mws im going to loose.

te plate is 5mm thick so it wont be a problem

Yeah I understand now, I was thinking hard to align in the first post because of flexing due to heat.

I cant wait to see how it turns out!

its not a massive plate so 5mm is more than enough

Totally against that design! More optics you have more power you loose! Keep it as simple as possible!
