    Plain and simple......
Ok I'll play along then.. if taxation is theft, how are you going to pay for the roads and bridges you drive on, police and fire protection, safe schools for your kids, air traffic control, national defense, Medicare and Medicaid, Social Security when you retire, etc, etc, etc.

If taxation is theft, you'd be paying just as much (or likely much, much, more) if all these services were privatized. But they wouldn't be "taxes", they'd be "fees".

yeah... even funnier are the folks who rail against taxes and withholdings, but are first in line to cash their social security checks.
suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Saddest of all is that many still do not understand that tariffs declared by our government on foreign goods entering America are taxes Americans pay on those goods they buy and are not penalty fees paid by the seller of the foreign country of origin.
