I think you can via spectrophotometer to measurement . usally some crystal company not write label for this.

If that auction is the right thing then it'd probably be for 808nm -> 1064nm at relatively low powers/high efficiencies.
ITU suggests its a ND wedge cut for communications, not freuqency doubling.
FSR is free spectral range, a term used with narrow frequency fiber lasers for communication and for laser spectrum analysers
sorry, but looks like you have a fiber comms crystal, not a doubler.
