Default Laser-wave to CNI Compare Test

    Hello Guys,
First, I must say thanks for the trust of bridge. Iīm really amazed about the good service what Laser-wave do.
How ever, some heard about it :
I do an Compare Test with the green lasers : CNI 400mW and Laserwave 412mW. Who will die first? Who hast the best stability? etcetc...
I begun the test 1 week ago (on 27.December),- Pics come after Iīm healthy. At the moment Iīm on bed with 39° ague, but will open the thread with the laptop.
So what was the think in one week? Nothing!
No lasers lostt pointly power, the lasers runs nice... They run and run and run
What I must really say: I like the laserwave modules more than CNI...
The stability at blanked work is nice, donīt lost so much power than CNI , has better beamdata... so I like it
I will make all 1 week a new answer where I will tell you the news.
    thanks,
    Phil

    Hello!
Now the second Week is away.
    This is result upon now:
The green Laser-wave do 410mW constant!
    And the CNI do 380mW
So now I can say : Laserwave IS better!
Here a pic how I let it run.

Next week I will make an Testpic for you, where you will see the blanking and linearitiy of the two lasers.

    Hello!
I must say next test result.
The lasers have run now 672hours.
The CNI is gone to exact 352mW, and the Laserwave only lost 15mW! So it has 395mW exactly...
Iīm really wait on the 1000Hours point!

What I wanna say. at the time I get this laser I testet the blanking of it, I think the result will be interesting for you!
I testet the laser at 28Kpps @ K35+ on 40° angle and let the show run.
The Laserwave has 320mW @ analogue, and 342mW@ TTL blank while the work.
I havenīt messured the CNI, but the CNI lost much more power on analogue blanking ( I think will go over to ~250mW )
I will test the CNIs next days, now I will go to bed, is 3:13am here :-))

Hi Philip, cool that you are doing this test! It might take a while though LOL.

Question: where did you get the copper dichro mounts?

    cheers,

The laser run on their power, havenīt lost anything!
Whatīs the power I said you, the stability I canīt say, but the beam is the same Diameter and divergence.
