Panic over G120 driver working great again - it was only a lowley LM324 and took me longer to set up with scope soldering iron meter etc - than to discover what it was and fix it.

    Great news Rob, well done.

    Not long now

Looks like I may have an extra piece of kit there, possibly a small argon ion. I'm just waiting for some news on whether it's working or not

    Cool

Argon is either single line blue, single line green, or multi-line blue and green. If it's making white, it's not pure argon.

White light ion is usually argon and krypton mixed, or if it's very low power it could be krypton only.

But you can't get white light out of a pure argon fill.

Regretably just blue/green. Nevertheless, it should be a nice little unit.

    Exclamation SOUNDS !

As Mr Stanwax will be using ALL the audio power available on site to fire up the 'The Beast' I will be bringing adequate sound equipment to give us the capacity to run CD, mp3 etc I have enough cable to link up to most people 's laptops for the shows you may want to put on If you want to bring 'other' music to fill in the gaps (?) thats fine...otherwise you will be stuck with my choice! and probably Andy's!!! YOU have been warned...
