Looking good people, looking good! We've got 13 people signed up so far, with another 2 months yet before the event. At this rate, it should be quite a bit larger than the last one. (Only hitch is that Stuka may not be able to make it, thanks to changes in his plans courtesy of Uncle Sam.) But hey, as long as you register for SELEM, you're eligible to participate in the raffle - even if you can't attend....

OMG!You're right, Adam! I forgot!
Ok - you're on the list now. That makes 13. (Sheesh - I feel like an idiot!) Sorry about that!

Nearly 1/2 the shirts are ready!
Man that looks awesome! I know this year's meet is going to be a blast for sure. I will bring the Pink Floyd prism with me.....it is inspirational seeing a white beam split up into a color array.

Just a note for those members that will be traveling to SELEM from far away... If you need a place to stay, there are a number of hotels in the area (near Interstate 40, roughly 5 miles from the venue) that range from a low of around $60 per night to a high of around $110 or so per night. Google maps or Mapquest can help you find one. (Start looking along the I-40 corridor where I-40 meets hwy 16 just north of Newton. There's a Holiday Inn Express there.)
However, there are two very nice Bed and Breakfast Inns right near the venue. (One is The Trotthouse Inn, which is less than 2 blocks away, and the other is The Peacock Inn, which is about 2 miles away.) These places fill up fast, so if you want to stay at a Bed and Breakfast, you probably need to book the room early.
