Sorry guys, but we just didn't have enough participation to make the raffle work. We only had 15 tickets sold (out of 50) as of this morning, and SELEM is just over 2 weeks away. That's not going to work.

I've issued refunds to everyone that has paid for raffle tickets via PayPal. (Bob, aka CDBEAM, will have to be paid back via a money order, since he doesn't have a PayPal account.)

I had hoped this would work, but we just didn't sell enough tickets to cover the cost of the laser and the shipping fees. Maybe we can make it work for the next meet though.

Big thanks to Dave and Aijii at LaserShowParts.com for working with CNI to get us the laser at a *deep* discount, otherwise we never would have been able to attempt this raffle. The price was fantastic, but there just wasn't enough interest in the raffle to sell the tickets in time. Sigh... Maybe next year.

Yeah - it will still be a lot of fun. But it would have been awesome to see someone walk home with a 200 mw DPSS blue laser. Sigh. Maybe next time.

Aaron: about the dichros - remind me to talk abou that at SELEM. I might be ready to do that in September.
