    here are the files for XP
    unzip them to c:\windows\system32
    type regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMCTL32.OCX at command prompt

    could not edit frame 1 until i added a new frame.

    Before editting you should click on the frame in frame selector. It is something like protection from unintentional editing.

    well works so far...
    i like it, its simple and easy to use

    Suggestions:
    be able to see line while dragging point to new place.
