Looking good though ive just had a disaster as I have found a mill I bought last week to make 2 holes in each bisc. is the wrong size. I ordered the right one and got sent one 1.5mm too small.
Every single turn of this has exposed a new problem and everytime Ive been really calm and just dealt with it - Im just pissed now as I could have had the connector finished tonight!

Actually I should engage my brain before flying off on one. It seems I have measured the mill incorrectly and it is right and I have now drilled a test biscuit. Its looking good the pins line up just right with the conncetor on the exciter - so assuming I get time tomorrow I may have a connector in 24hrs
I am dying to run the bugger!

Hey Rob
Great to hear progress is going in the right direction for you with the connector. I would also love to see photo's or video of the beast as you start it for the first time. Just keep one eye on your water. You don't want end up back at square one again.
