Looks fantastic Andy, as always your pictures are better than a thousand words

Do we need a list as to who's taking what gear?

    I'm hoping to bring...

    1 x 1 watt RGB projector
    1 x QM2000.net
    1 x Powerdrive stand & mounting plate
2 x Laptops (1 for running lasers & other for projection system/SMS software)
1 x Modem etc to use with SMS software
1 x Touchscreen monitor & other sundries for using with Software/projector
    1 x Novation MIDI controller
1 x 5000(ish) lumen VGA video projector for training sessions (this is Neil's and it should be available for the meet.
1 x 8' x 6' Fastfold projection screen for use with above projector

If there's room I may also stick in the car...
    1 x small argon
Maybe a much bigger argon although time's getting a bit tight for it to arrive
    1 x C315m holography laser
    1 x 10mW HeNe
+ other assorted optics for anyone interested in holography

    ALC68 + 650 reds?

I though it might be 'slightly' interesting (wipes tear from eye corner)

    I am, am I?

ok well the electric distro looks ropey but I guess must be ok... there are sockets dotted around the room so just make sure you bring you multiway adaptors to share the power. I dont have a nice barrel connector like the other place to plug the sp168 into so will have to wire in my own MCBs & connectors. I will rig one for me on a 40/50A breaker and one for Jim (smog) on a 30A so with a little adaptation we should be good.

Like Andy says its a great venue - ground floor is a godsend! plus there are wodden panels that can be put in place where the only outside light can get in thus practically blacking out the place The balcony should be a good viewing area if we all 'fire' towards the stage - Carl run for cover if you are up there with the laser harp

All in all it looks like it has everything we need and more.

    Cant wait

    Rob

The venue looks tops and the stage looks bigger in the latest photos. The Harp should look good with beams from it over head. If I am on stage I'l have to try and play with my eyes shut.

Rob. Your comment about the electric dist board sounded a bit concerning. There is going to be plenty of power for all the kit thats going? With the number of people listed to go, all of the kit together is going to want a lots of amps.
