Hmm, that actually look fine. Just seems like there is something going on, on the Y axis scanner. What if you rotate the test pattern 90 degrees, take another photo. After that, change the signal cables so you have X signal from the FB3 going to the Y scanner and the Y signal from the FB3 going to the X scanner, then take another pic.
