I got the Letraset all on the front panel last night and put a layer of laquer over the whole lot.

I can now get it finally finished off this weekend

Finally finished off the PSU over this weekend and it worked first switch on. Not one problem with it at all. I am on cloud 10

Top not bolted down yet, in the pic's, but you get the idea.

Oh, and the laser still works

I now have to do a little more work on the laser scan head and all will be good.

Excelent work Jim. Looking forward to seeing it in action at the next meet be it at the end of this year or in Feb next year. Will have to get some decent video footage of it giving us a full performence.

With the PSU now finnished, do you find the laser performing any better? (eg, any more output power.)

To be honest Carl I haven't noticed any output difference only that I don't get the strange pulsing any more within the beam when scanned but I guess the faulty cap may have been the cause of that.
