When EVIL300 is online the DL picks up.
With 2 seeders it should go faster!!

make sure your poort is forwarded correctly.
i have a 60Mbit DL and 6Mbit upload.
Bandwith isn't a problem.

My max is a crappy 40k from Virgin.
The speeds do pick up after midnight when they take the cap off though (I see you don't suffer from a Dutch Cap).
