No, Fiesta (www.showtacle.com/Fiesta.php) is written by Michal Pokluda who is the owner of Showtacle (www.showtacle.com)
As a lot programmes do, they sell theire products to other companies, in this case Kvant.

Showtacle has also other interesting products like the easy to use Moncha software (www.showtacle.com/Moncha.php)
It is made for live laser shows, next to the DJ. You screen is filled with pre programmed scenes that can be selected (with mouse, keyboard of touch screen) for instant laser output. Please download the demo.
